After our grand days out at Bristol and Melksham, we’re on our travels again, with our dwindling stocks of Disconnected Vol. 1 and Lost: Boys on sale. Come and find us at the following:

Glasgow Comic Con – 30 June – 1 July.

Lost: Boys artist Brian Rankin will be at the Black Hearted Press table with a stash of Disconnected Press comics for sale. Look out for his new project Maximum Alan which has the funniest opening sequence that I’ve seen for a long time.

London Film and Comic Con – 6 – 8 July.

We have a table at the rather large London Film and Comic Con, so if you’re in the capital, come and find us. Artist Conor Boyle will be on hand sketching and selling original pages. Find us on the Friday evening or Saturday to be sure of seeing us (not that we’re going to sell out, but writer Lizzie Boyle is up for a short story prize-giving on the Sunday so we might be there instead!).

Grinning Demon Comics, Maidstone – 14 July

Hot on the heels of his busy day at DemonCon, Conor Boyle will also be sketching, selling original artwork and singing the Disconnected song at Grinning Demon Comics, 5 Middle Row Maidstone, ME14 1TF on 14 July.

MegaCon Carlisle – 18 August

We’ll be rounding out the summer in style at MegaCon Carlisle, at the Richard Rose Academy on Victoria Street. As well as our comics, you’ll be able to see sneak previews of Conor’s work with writer Owen Johnson on Who On Earth Was Thaddeus Mist? (Accent UK).

Phew. In between all of that, we’re lining up artists and writers for the comics we’ll be launching at ThoughtBubble in Leeds in November: Disconnected Vol. 2 and How To Kill Bears. More on those soon!
